I am a die-hard basketball fan and player of quite a few years. I know that one of the biggest things for basketball players is finding a way to increase your vertical jump height. Most think the only way is to exhaustively work out your lower body parts and hope for the best. I think i requires much more fitness then that especially after I learned of this new training system.
Doesn’t matter if your an avid player or some one just interested in jumping a little higher there are key points to consider most do not even touch on. You don’t need $200 shoes or to be a giant, you just need some direction and a lot of effort.
After looking everywhere I had almost giving up on a viable guide to increasing my possible jump height. I did eventually manage to add nearly 8″’s to my jump and it only took about 3 months of hard work. I think that is a significant improvement for the time commitment. The largest hurdle I had was to stop thinking I needed more power to jump higher. I learned that it is much more about finesse and getting your body parts to work together.
You do not have to be that giant kid in school, or have any real skill to start improving your jump today. The system analyzes what your current bottlenecks are, and what is really stopping you from reaching your full potential. You should see some the results the pros got, or the five foot three kid that managed to dunk after some serious practice. I am a firm believer that you can do anything you put your mind too. While that is true you need some serious work to excel at anything and need to know the tips and tricks if you want to be the best. A lot of people never bother because they assume “I cant do it”.
I tried countless other systems. One even had a special pair of shoes that I was supposed to ware. Nothing compares or even comes close to the results I got (and some pros got). Like I said before 10 vertical inches and my basketball game has never been anything like it is now. Get yourself ahead of the game, and start winning some.
