Review Of The Truth About Six Pack Abs

As you’ll probably guess from the wording of this review, I have tried the Truth About Six Pack Abs. Was it what I was expecting? Not completely. Did it let me down? Not at all, quite the opposite actually.

When I first found the Truth About Abs I was already very active. I was working out at east 5 days per week, and sometimes even twice in a day. I was also watching what I ate very closely. But despite all of this effort I was unable to get the results I thought I deserved.

As you can imagine, I was spending a lot of time working out. But this program has taught me to be much more efficient. I have learned the right type of exercises to use and the right type of foods to eat to fuel my body.

As crazy as it might sound, I’ve actually been able to achieve better results with less time at the gym. Another big lesson for me was eating too little was actually harming my body’s ability to burn belly fat.

Program Features: The Exercises

One of the most popular type of exercises are those that zone in on specific muscle groups. You know the ones, for example: crunches, bicep curls, tricep extensions etc. But the problem with these exercises is that they burn relatively few calories during and after each workout.

And this means you burn less fat! But there is a way around this problem. By focusing on exercises that work several muscle groups at a time you can be much more efficient.

Multi-joint exercises are so effective because they burn more calories during each workout. And not to mention the fact that they burn loads more calories after each workout. So you’ll be burning fat for up to 2 days after each visit to the gym!

Why do most people hate dieting? Because they don’t get to eat the foods they love and this makes them feel deprived.
